About this binder
About Baseline Binder
Baseline Binder is an independent PMPĀ® study site: scenario questions with a note on every answer option, a study guide built on PMIĀ®'s 2026 content outline, and exam facts that each carry a source and a date. It is not affiliated with PMI, and it is not a PMI training provider.

01Where the questions come from
Most questions here come from the bank behind our iPhone and Android PMP apps. A small number were written for this site, to cover parts of the outline in force since July 9, 2026 that the bank covered thinly.
The bank's own explanations are not reused. The notes you see under each option were written for this site, one per option, so that a wrong answer explains itself as clearly as the right one.
02How a question gets onto a page
Key checked blind
A second, separate pass solves each question without seeing the stored key, as a check on that key.
Written up option by option
Four notes per question: why the key is right, and the specific reason each other option loses.
Placed once
A question appears on one page of the site only, filed under the domain and topic it tests.
03Where the facts come from
Numbers on this site come from the body that sets them: PMI's content outline, certification handbook and store for the exam; the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics for pay. Each one is printed with the date we read it. When a blog and PMI disagree, we print PMI's figure. Some numbers circulate with no source at all: PMI publishes no pass rate and no passing percentage, so neither appears here.
04What we do not do
- Speak for PMI, or describe anything here as approved or endorsed by it.
- Provide training hours: PMI's outline says practice exams alone do not count toward the 35 hours (as of October 2026).
- Publish questions recalled from a live exam.
- Promise a result. The exam is yours to pass; the site makes the practice sharper.

Spotted a key that does not hold up? The contact page says what to include. What the site records about you, which is very little, is on the privacy page. Or skip all of this and open the free practice test.
